Dr. Vincent Riley

Dr Vincent Riley is a consultant Cardiologist/Physician; he is the medical director of ‘The Heart and Wellness Centre. Dr, Riley was the former head department of medicine at the St Ann’s Bay regional Hospital. He is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of medicine, University of the West Indies Mona.

He completed a fellowship in adult cardiology at the University of Toronto. He also holds a fellowship in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Stress Cardiac imaging from the University of Toronto. He is a fellow of the American College of Physician, a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association and Caribbean Cardiac Society.

Dr Riley earns his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor Surgery, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of the West Indies.

Dr Riley holds a diploma in Medical radiation technology from UWI.

He worked in Bermuda as consultant Physician. Dr Riley also spends some time in London at Kings College , Guys and St Thomas hospital as a fellow in Geriatric Medicine.

 

Dr Riley also served on the Jamaica medical Doctors association as treasurer and vice president. He also served as a council member on the Jamaica Medical council.

In 2010- Dr Riley and his team from Jamaica was part of the relief team in Haiti following the earthquake.

Dr Riley’s academic interests includes: Peripartum cardiomyopathy, heart failure and the impact of aging on cardiac diseases.

Dr. Riley is married to Erica and is the proud father of three children; Shanique, Jevior and Jenior.

Khani Fraser

Khani Fraser is currently The Heart Place of Jamaica, Cardiac Sonographer/ Cardiovascular Technician. He holds a diploma from the Medical University of Vienna in Cardiac sonography and also a certificate in Medtronic pace maker interrogation.

Mr. Fraser has experienced in doing over 10,000 echo cardiograms and other non-invasive diagnostic cardiac procedures. Khani developed his passion for this field in 2012 after he resigned his job as an Emergency Medical Technician, currently stands as one of the most experienced cardiac sonographer/ cardiovascular technician in the Island.

Presently Mr. Fraser is also employed to 4 other cardiac offices with 2 major hospitals heading the list. His work has provided him with extensive exposure and experience in his area, his patients are his number one priority. He strongly believes that there is no exercise better for the heart than reaching out and lifting up others.

Donnalee Brown

Donnalee Brown-Meredith is a patient-focused, detail-oriented and computer-savvy medical receptionist. Personable and courteous in all interactions with patients and team members and skilled at anticipating physician and practice needs.

I am effective in handling office and administrative tasks within busy, multi-physician practices. Expedient in processing patient check-in/check-out, verifying insurance and collecting third-party claims.

Efficient in managing appointment scheduling, patient records, medical billing and financial information.

Kimone Morris

With 4 years of experience in the field of Cardiovascular Technology. Kimone Morris is a dedicated and skilled professional specializing in the use of advanced imaging techniques to evaluate cardiovascular conditions.

Throughout Kimone Morris career, she have demonstrated expertise in performing and interpreting echocardiogram, stress echocardiogram, and other related diagnostic tests. Her proficiency in using state of the art imaging equipment and her keen attention to detail enable accurate assessments of structure and function, contributing to effective patient management and treatment planning.

Sashana Vincent

Ms. Sashana Vincent is an accomplished Administrative Assistant at The Heart Place and Wellness Centre, where she brings over four years of experience to her role. Known for her dedication and passion, Ms.Vincent excels in creating positive experiences for both clients and colleagues. Her commitment to excellence and her proactive approach, contributing significantly to the centre’s mission of promoting well-being and wellness.
